Every kid loves a good rescue mission. Try this one out for some good scissor skill practice.

MATERIALS


HOW TO

  1. Cut construction paper into strips

  2. Wrap strips around animals and tape them from coming undone

  3. Have your child cut home off to "free them"


CONNECT

  • Talk about animal habitats

  • "What does the .......say?"

  • Talk about animal attributes

  • Categorize animals by color, fur, height, etc.
