The Color Monster is a great first book to help your toddler and preschooler identify his or her emotions. The book covers happy, sad, angry, scared, and calm emotions and at the end the monster shows the emotion love. As you read this book see if your child can show you using their facial expressions when they are happy/sad/etc.
