This takes less than 5 minutes which is all I have time for now days with packing and baby sister making her arrival next month but this is a perfect morning activity to get the kids moving around the house

Materials:

• We're Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen

• paper

• markers/crayons

How To:

1. write the word of place you willl travel on the bear hunt as your read the book (although Briella can't read exposing her to the word with a background picture is a great way for early exposure that isn't forced)

2. color a background to match your word

3. hang them up around the house

4. read the book as you travel to each place and act out an action
